Syntheus is a product leadership and design studio founded by Andrew Lee. The studio partners with startups and small-to-mid stage companies on AI orchestration, embedded product and design leadership, and brand transformation.
Most fractional product leaders are either business operators who cannot lead design, or designers who cannot lead a P&L conversation. The studio operates fluently in both — strategy decks come with shipped product, brand work comes with a working design system, AI work comes with a team that actually adopted it.
